Job Description:1)Perform legal and factual research.2)Perform records research.3)Identify relevant judicial decisions, statutes, legal articles, codes and other pertinent material.4)Organize and analyze information.5)Cross-check and validate information.6)Prepare written reports.7)Ability to draft and review all kinds of contracts including but not limited to, commercial and labor agreements, legal documents including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts and legal memoranda.8)Help prepare legal arguments, applications, declarations and motions and correspondences.Job Requirements:1) Graduate in Bachelor's of Law2) Strong understanding of the civil law and knowledgeable of the UAE labor law3) Minimum 3 years of UAE experience working in a Law firm.4) Good command over spoken and written English and Arabic
