We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join our esteemed medical team in Dubai. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology, providing comprehensive orthopedic services to a diverse patient population.Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal issues.- Perform surgical procedures with precision and skill, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture repair.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists and nurses, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Stay abreast of advancements in orthopedic treatment and techniques, incorporating evidence-based practices into the patient care.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior surgeons and medical staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.- Educate patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatment options, ensuring informed decisions are made.- Participate in research and continuous professional development initiatives to enhance expertise and the quality of care offered.- Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of residency in Orthopedic Surgery.- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery is essential.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, preferably in a consulting capacity.- Strong surgical skills and a deep understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to patients and their families empathetically.- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and lead by example.- Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of industry best practices and innovations in the field.
