Job Description

ORAT OPERATIONAL PLANNING & TRIALS ? BAGGAGE OPERATIONS LEADParsons is looking for an amazingly talentedBaggage Operations Leadto join our team!What Youll Be Doing:

  • Engage stakeholders and establish the ORAT Operational Planning & Trials Baggage Operations workstream and working groups.
  • Define objectives and agree Operational Planning & Trials strategies with stakeholders to address baggage operations, its related support functions and ensures these are budgeted appropriately.
  • Develop the Operational Planning & Trials Baggage Operations plan in line with the ORAT programme and in close collaboration with stakeholder SPOC?s.
  • Identify dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with the D-360, 180, 90, 60, 30 ORAT countdown to MTC opening.
  • Ensure that all stakeholder operational plans and processes have been developed, reviewed and meet the demand and performance objectives of the MTC.
  • Manage the development of the overall baggage operations operational plan for MTC opening in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Develop the baggage operations trials plan; trials schedule, trial briefs, trial plans and reports in close collaboration with each stakeholder, monitors and tracks trials dependencies.
  • Manage and monitor the development of baggage operations processes (operating procedures) across all stakeholders.
  • Manage the operational planning and trials baggage operations workstream and meetings and tracks operational readiness and trials progress across all stakeholders.
  • Manage the resolution of all baggage operations operational planning and trials related issues, identifies and escalates any threats to the overall ORAT programme.
