  • Leads the ORAT ICT Systems Workstream, reports directly to ORAT Lead, the ICT Systems Lead ensures that all MTC ICT systems are available, configured and proven for operational use in line with the overall ORAT programme.
  • Ensures that service and maintenance provisions for all ICT systems are in place to support and sustain operations to agreed service levels.
  • Develops, manages and monitors the ICT Systems readiness plan and operational readiness across all stakeholders.
  • Acts as the Single Point of Contact ? SPOC and escalation point for all ICT Systems matters associated with the overall ORAT programme.
Responsibilities:
  • Engages stakeholders and establishes the ORAT ICT Systems workstream and working groups.
  • Defines ICT Systems objectives and agrees baseline requirements and operational configurations with stakeholders and ensures these are these are provisioned for and budgeted appropriately.
  • Manages and ensures the completion of the OOMU (Owner, Operator, Maintainer, User) documentation, that roles & responsibilities are defined and provisions for operation & maintenance are adequately provided for to maintain ICT service availability.
  • Identifies dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with the D-360, 180, 90, 60, 30 ORAT countdown to MTC opening.
  • Develops and manages the ICT Systems activation plan in close collaboration with operational users and Clients ICT departments.
  • Works in close collaboration with the Facilities workstream Lead to identify and quantify all operational end user office requirements and ensures these are budgeted for, procured and deployed in-line with the ORAT programme.
  • Ensures that stakeholders are prepared for ICT Systems takeover.
  • Develops, manages and monitors the ICT Systems Readiness & Activation plan across all stakeholders.
  • Manages the ICT Systems workstream and meetings and tracks ICT readiness across all stakeholders.
  • Manages the resolution of all ICT Systems related issues, identifies and escalates any threats to the overall ORAT programme.
