Oracle HRMS Techno Functional for ONSITERequirements:?Developing and customizing APIs?Developing and customizing Workflows?Implementation of hiring self-service / performance management module?Experience on Core of HR modules / PayrollRoles & Responsibilities:An HRMS (Payroll) services wit h the following knowledge/experience:?Modifying the existing Oracle HRMS Payroll system according to organizational requirements. Setting up payroll elements, formula, links etc. as per best practices recommended for the system.?Excellent knowledge on Oracle HRMS Core APts, User hook etc.?Configuration and customization of the standard features of Oracle Learning Management and Performance Management modules.?Experience in developing custom workflow using OracieWorkflow builder and AME.?Strong PL/SQL skills?Design and development of custom reports using BI Publisher, Oracle Reports etc.?Identifying opportunities for system enhancements and improvements and working with stakeholders to implement these changes.?Providing training and support to end-users on how to use the Oracle HRMS Payroll system effectively and efficiently.Location: Abu DhabiJob profile - 70% Technical & 30 % Functional
