Job Description

The Consultant will contribute to the business process and business realignment related work of Aldar Education. The Consultant will primarily collaborate with the core members across business functions in Aldar Education as well digital transformation team. The consultant will re-image, re-think, and re-design the way work is performed to encourage the organization towards fulfilling its mission and achieve extraordinary results.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Implement the Oracle Project Management, & Time Labor module across the group.
  • Implement the Dashboard and new reporting structure across the finance & HRMS
  • Providing the training to all Super user & end user.
  • Work with Implementation Partner for the Oracle Billing and collection solution with salesforce integration.
  • Meet with end users to define and identify on-going business and operational requirements, including the resolution of existing system issues
  • Review, analyze and document business processes, workflow, and operating procedures to re-engineer and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Review and analyze issues and collaborate with senior management and various stakeholders to improve data flow management.
  • Plan, research, design, develop and launch efficient business financial systems guidelines and processes that can help users perform more efficiently and promote further support of financial, accounting, and corporate decision making.
