Rig up and rig down solids control and drilling waste management equipment on work locations including spotting of equipment and correctly installing lines and pumps
Complete documents, reports and forms related to services being performed
Trains and provides guidance to less experienced service operators and operator assistants in operation of equipment
Service and repair equipment in the field where practical and safe to do so
Demonstrates working knowledge of Solids control and DWM services and products such as Centrifuges, Screw conveyors, pressure washers, Air Diaphragm Pumps, Mono Pumps, Cuttings Dryers, CRI, Vacuum Transfer Units,
Brine Filtration Equipment
Utilizes HMS and Oneview processes
Assists in completing the pre job and on the job inspection and maintenance on equipment
Conducts job site activities in accordance with HSE and customer best practices (JSA, Safety Huddles, Risk Analysis)
Identifies and responds to HSE hazards, conditions and procedures at the job site
Selectively deployed as designated by skill sets, delivers successful, efficient and professional delivery of products and services under supervision.ÿ
