1.Oversee the supervisory team and all site operations.2.Monitors Operations, analyzes performance, and provides reports with recommendations to the Project Manager in order to assist with continuous project improvement.3.Responsible for day to day operations tasks so as to ensure that resources are utilized in the most efficient and optimal manner.4.Directs and mentors the supervisory team in the pursuit of achieving all project specific key performance indicators (KPI?s) set by the Project Manager and client.5.Notifying the Project Manager in the event of an emergency; a serious situation; or unusual events which has an impact or may have a potential impact on operations.6.Oversees and mentors the supervisor team, who in turn supervise officers, store-keepers, foremen, and riggers.7.Acting as a focal point for addressing and resolving any issues; and escalating issues to the Project Manager where required.8.Supporting in all HR processes to ensure on boarding, absenteeism and overtime are administered proficiently.9.Preparing reports accurately within process timeframes.10.Ensuring compliance to all operational procedures, policies and practices.11.Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with the customer.12.Overseeing site safety and ensuring adherence to QHSE Procedures.13.Performing any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct manager from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
