Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor?s Degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management- 7 Years relevant work experience- Prior experience of working in logistics/supply chain/transportation function with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures - Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including knowledge and understanding of specialist systems such as:o Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),o Fleet Management System, ando Inventory Management System1. Job Responsibilities:Planning- Plan and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics and customers- Plan warehouses and distribution centres for efficiency in both operations and capacity- Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational performance - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures or processes for product transit or delivery- Ensure IT systems in place are effective, maintained and accurate Manage & Monitor Logistic Operations- Manage and monitor the performance of entire fleet, routing and scheduling planning- Manage and monitor stock inventory levels and stock movements- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and service against performance criteriaAnalysis & Reporting- Interpret trends and analyze and review data- Analyze Distribution Process and Make Improvement Suggestions as Necessary- Analyze & Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and Make Improvement Suggestions as Necessary- Prepare and Deliver Logistics and necessary Reports
