Job Description

A reputable and well-established˙Agritech˙company is actively recruiting an˙Operations Manager˙for their team in˙Abu Dhabi.The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of operations.
  • Monitor and maintain operational oversight of Staff and the business output.
  • Implement strict directives to meet industry standards and customers? expectations.
  • Monitor and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
  • Conduct methodical efforts across training, monitoring & output.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
  • Stay updated on the industry trends and innovations.
