Job Description

Operations Associate would be responsible for providing operational support to the Luxury Sales Team (managing sales of luxury assets such as handbags, watches and jewelry). This is a very exciting role working in a fast growing start up and a fast-growing sector.The role will entail following activities (but not limited to):

  • Supporting the sales team with policies and standards.
  • Monitoring inventory and placing supply orders.
  • Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.
  • Data entry and maintaining databases, price benchmarking for luxury assets.
  • Desktop research where required.
  • Liaising with NorthLadder?s buyers.
The candidate will be a key member of the Luxury Assets team and will be responsible for growing the Luxury assets (with the potential to add more products in the future) business.
