Job Description

Flow Talent is working with a leading bank who are recruiting an Operational & Fraud Risk Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.***Please take the time to read the job description, you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered.   • Develop and implement the operational and fraud risk management strategy ensuring adherence to both internal policies and external regulations.
  • Develop and maintain updated fraud examination policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement incident and loss reporting policies.
  • Prepare reports and communicate with senior management the key findings, critical issues, and risks.
  • Develop risk training and learning programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in operational and fraud risk management.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
  • Masters in Banking/Finance/Business/Risk Management/Economics.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in ORM & FRM within the banking industry in the UAE.
  • Must have previous experience in policy development.
  • Solid risk management experience with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, financial markets, and industry standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong relationship and team management skills
