Job Description

SettleMint IndiaSettleMint India was formed in 2019, with headquarters in Delhi, India. The India team focuses on client deliverables and the development of high-performance low-code Blockchain. We operate from Delhi along with certain project locations.We are currently looking to hire a smart and efficient Project Manager to be based on-site at our client location in UAE.Please note: this is a contractual role with a minimum 6 months of service. It could be extended up to a year.Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our company and the client
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Conduct in-person meetings with the client to present project updates, discuss challenges, and seek feedback
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders
  • Identify, engage, and manage all project stakeholders, including client representatives, internal teams, and external partners
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns
  • Visit client warehouses and other relevant sites to understand current processes and gather detailed requirements
  • Analyze and document requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to the management and the client
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on project performance and client feedback
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8years of experience in project management, preferably in the blockchain or supply chain domain
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite in Abu Dhabi
