Responsibilities:

Conduct 1 to 1 Occupational Therapy Sessions.
Undertaking assessments of patients? physical, communication, interaction and cognitive skills
Developing treatment plans to address a patient?s needs and help them meet specific goals.
Assessing a patient?s home, school, and community environment and recommending adaptations to fit the patient?s needs and improve independence.
Advising on exercises that can improve patients? mobility or dexterity.
Planning further treatment and reviewing progress and assessing treatment success.
Training patients and their parents.
Assessing and documenting progress for evaluation, maintaining records and case notes.
