A new luxurious Gents salon is seeking a skilled and versatile FEMALE Nail Technician to join our team at our upscale Gents Salon. We are looking for a candidate who not only excels in providing top-notch nail services but also possesses exceptional receptionist skills. This position requires experience in gents nail treatments, massages, facials and proficiency in using the Fresha booking system.Responsibilities:As a Nail Technician and Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail services and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at our salon. Your main responsibilities will include:1. Nail Services: Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, Facials, and hand/foot massages to ensure our clients leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.2. Customer Service: Welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail and grooming services.3. Reception Duties: Handle appointment scheduling and managing the Fresha booking system. Effectively manage walk-in clients and maintain the salons appointment calendar.4. Salon Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the salon, nail stations, and equipment. Maintain a hygienic and sanitized workspace following salon standards.5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest nail trends, products, and techniques to provide the best advice and service to clients.
