Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.
Discussing nail services and treatments with clients
Removing nail polish
Exfoliating and removing rough skin from the hands and feet
Cleaning and trimming nails
have up to date nail art knowledge using various materials to keep up the trend
have standard knowledge on drill machines and nail printers
to have good experience in doing acrylic nail extensions using various products and methods.
Promoting and selling nail and skincare products
Adhering to the highest standards of sanitation, which includes cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment.
To maintain exceptionally high levels of accuracy.
To ensure that keeping up-to-date on latest trend, supplies and technology.
To replenish all necessary items in spa promptly.
To maintain the cleanliness of the department.
To assist the Operation/Spa Manager in maximizing profit through driving revenues and controlling costs within the business.
To assist in achieving budget through planned initiatives and controlling.
Be responsible for a consistent great experience that exceeds expectations and meets required standards.
Assist in creating new spa experience to maintain innovation and originality.
