Leading and supporting the supply chain procurement teams and act as a liaison between them and IT teams on item creation, standardising item taxonomy to enhance procurement MIS and efficiency ? Have ideally worked as procurement system user on Oracle EBS R12 implementations, enhancements and other projects and acted as master data owner for inventory items ? for any or some of the following Oracle modules: Financials, EBS Payroll, Procurement, Inventory ? Should have good understanding of Oracle E-Business supply chain modules, Netsuite with at least involvement in 1 Implementation Lifecycle.? Reviewing high-level MIS requirements for procurement team and should have ideally worked on Business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau or Qliksense as a user ? Approving creation of new items, ensuring standardisation of item master taxonomy, collaborating with technical teams, performing item data configurations, and overseeing testing activities and data conversions within solution area.? Providing expertise in procurement process areas with hands-on support for creation of purchase orders, requisitions etc. to meet deliverable due dates.? Interacting with local country procurement teams and acting as a bridge to standardise requirements related to procurement and supply chain activities.? Driving the standardization of business processes and implementation of best practice procedures throughout the procurement operations? Analysing business processes in the context of data requirements, and strategies to facilitate technology-aided business process improvement and innovation like bar coding etc.? Facilitating work and problem resolution between work groups. May lead cooperative inter-department projects and/or process improvement efforts.? Continuously improving internal processes through implementations of innovative ideas for productivity increases, efficiency gains, department metrics, and cost savings.The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge to be successful in this role:Required? User understanding of Oracle EBS procurement and supply chain module, having worked as user for at least 3 years including but not limited to these features:? Procurement and iProcurement? Inventory? MS Word, Excel, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint? Exposure and expertise on BI tools like Qliksense, Power BI or Tableau will be a plusOther Areas Of Expertise Include? Project and Program Management skills? Healthcare industry exposure with understanding of Hospital Information SystemJob Qualifications? Bachelor?s Degree required; Business Administration, knowledge of Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance is a plus.? 3-5 years of user or supervisory experience as a master data management resource? 5+ years of overall functional experience as a senior contributor in a corporate enterprise environment ideally supporting the Oracle procurement modules required above.? 1-2 years of experience on Oracle procurement implementation projects is preferred? Minimum of 1 Oracle SCM or ERP implementations required, at least ? Demonstrated analytical ability to analyse complex cross functional problems, quickly grasp concepts related to healthcare industry specific procurements and articulate them in a clear and concise way.?
