Offering wide expertise in the fields of structural design for total building systems, redesign from conventional to precast structures, manufacture components in precast and prestressed concrete, GRC, and GRP, as well as perform site erection and turnkey projects.Job Role: Define the schedule and prepare the tentative program in coordination with Mold & Fabrication foreman for new moulds fabrication and casting of elementsReport to the Factory Manager on a daily/weekly basis for the following updates upon obtaining and confirming the same from Moulds & Fabrication ForemanRead and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production and moulds requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs in coordination with Moulds & Fabrication ForemanMonitor the planned work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals based on Factory Manager instructionsOversee job and make sure it runs smoothly and report accordingly to the Factory Manager?s instructionsResponsible for getting jobs completed on time in coordination with Moulds & Fabrication Foreman
