Job ContentJob Purpose:The Microsoft Consultant must have deep technical knowledge in various Microsoft technologies, with focusing on the latest versions of products portfolio. Combining client-facing consultancy with hands-on solution and technical delivery, the Consultant will liaise with client?s IT teams to ensure a successful delivery of technical services / solutions and provide proper support to solve technical problems related to Microsoft products. The Consultant will be expected to continually engage in live and self-paced trainings to expand and strengthen product, licensing, and program knowledgeDuties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Drive measurably high levels of customer satisfaction that lead to customer loyalty and retentionProvide customer support via onsite visit, telephone, web-conferencing, portal, and emailAssist in testing new and enhanced product featuresInvestigate, validate, and report customer submitted bug reportsDevelop the capability to transition customers from legacy on-premises solutions to next generation hosted and on-premises solutionsDemonstrate technical leadership during the implementation phase with the client as well as with the internal project and technical teamsImplementing and/or integrating Microsoft solutions; both on-premises and cloudJob Internal and External RelationsJob Internal Relations: Job External Relations:Coordination with All departmentsVendorsSuppliersCustomersNOTE: All Job Internal and External Relations are conclusive for the job.
