1- Provide effective engineering and maintenance services for the Metro.2- Supervise corrective works to resolve Metro faults or any other issues.3- Follow the appropriate inspection and maintenance procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with the requirements.4- Produce and maintain accurate reports of all inspection and maintenance works conducted.5- Diagnose cause of electrical, control and mechanical malfunction.6- Develop, maintain and implement a Sustainable FM operations strategy in line with international best practice and any local Kingdom of Saudi Arabia laws and regulations.7- Develop and maintain site/contract specific risk assessments and method statement.8- Undertaking performance monitoring and evaluation of the existing FM Service Provider against the key performance Indictors.?9-Provide daily follow up of the operation and maintenance works done by service providers.10- Providing rapid response to related incidents and failures at stations, depots and trains limiting their impacts and restoring services promptly, safely and minimizing inconvenience and disruption to the users.11- Perform analytical works, and grasp the complexity of a software based signaling and train control system to minimize any failure to the lowest level.12- Diagnose cause of malfunction or failure of operational equipment.13- Supervision of all periodical testing or inspection performed by service provider.14- Follow the relevant procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with client.15- Follow the appropriate inspection and maintenance procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with the requirements.16- Produce and maintain accurate reports of all inspection, operation & maintenance works conducted.17-?
