Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading businesses in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Manager who will be responsible forevaluating the organizations opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and oversees M&A project management processes including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration.<br /><br />- Researching market conditions and developments<br />- Devising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and companies that might be viable business targets<br />- Conducting financial due diligence<br />- Carrying out financial modelling that support the assessment of M&A opportunities (investment, divestment)<br />- Involving the Legal department, Ensuring all the regulatory aspects of a transaction have been considered,<br />- Leading the transaction process from A to Z, including operational due diligence, synergy review, ?day-one? readiness assistance, post-merger integration<br />- Building and maintaining productive relationships with our target companies and related network.<br /><br />Requirements- Bachelors Degree in engineering, Economics, Finance or Accounting<br />- Professional certifications in CFA or CPA preferred or equivalent certificate is preferable<br />- 8-10 years of professional experience<br />- Minimum 3 years of Managerial position experience.<br /><br /><br />BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits<br />
