Hands on experience in trouble shooting and repair of HVAC units equipped with Microprocessor Control system, Generators, overhauling of reciprocating and screw type compressors, repair of condenser and evaporator units, air handling units, etc. Basic Knowledge of Plumbing & Electrical work Able to troubleshoot and correctly diagnose electrical, control and mechanical failures and problems. Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipment, incl change of filters and cleaning condensers and coils Complete PPM and Reactive work orders safely and on time as scheduled Follows Occupational Health & Safety regulations. Minimum of 3 years GCC experience in the field in buildings and complexes.
