1)Autodesk Certified Professional working as Mechanical services BIM Coordination with around 3+ years of experience in commercial building, industrial residential projects.2)Experience in Revit 3D modelling in HVAC hydraulic fire fighting, water supply system.3)Utilize design criteria, appropriate quotes and company standard to ensure models meet project specific deliverables.4)Work directly with design engineers to produce drawings from sketches, existing drawings and electronic images.Duties:1) Develop mechanical construction models in Revit and AutoCAD .2) Design drawings based on written and verbal description from design engineers.3) Work from both customer and firm drawings.4) Prepare plan sections, detailed drawings, create spool?sheets, bill of materials, hanger lists etc.5)Coordinate and detailed 3D plumbing and HVAC systems.6)Attend coordination meetings, communicate with other clients and create report as required.7)Assist in clash detection of coordination models.
