We are seeking an innovative lead in the Teacher Excellence Training team who will support design anddevelopment of teacher training programmes. Liaison with business teams to develop and train MENAteacher base and academic counsellors for effective teaching and learning experienceJob Responsibilitiesa) The incumbent will support to guide and coach the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)teacher base for PLUS and potentially HYBRID program(s).b) Work towards designing and delivering innovative, creative and research-informedapproaches for the Teacher Training and evaluating their effectiveness.c) Be aware about initiatives and emerging developments at the cutting edge of academicpractice, to inform enhancements to teaching and learning.d) Co-train Academic Counsellors (MENA, ROW)e) Own training of Super license for the Middle East region and test the efficacy of similartraining initiatives across ROW.f) Be an ambassador, liaison with collaborative partners & relevant externalstakeholders
