Job Description

Marketing Coordinator ?We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our LIWA Marketing team in Abu Dhabi.?You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference to our company?s success according to trends and customer requirements.The ideal candidate will be passionate for the ?art? of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies.The role:

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Liaise with Host brand Marketing teams for approval of all Marketing initiatives
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, Radio SMS and CRM), instore and promotional events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Design and process POS campaigns for the Marketing department
  • Monitor the timeline of all events to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Build and maintain all supplier relationships, including but not limited to agencies and POS printers
  • Attend and Support Marketing Events in store.
  • Prepare monthly / weekly reports on marketing activities for brands in AOR?
  • Prepare monthly / weekly reports on PR activities.
  • Provide line manager and local suppliers (where relevant) with feedback on the quality of visual materials while always taking a best value approach.
