Implement school marketing plan and budget
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
Coordinate with Media & Advertising agencies to promote the school
Create & review school?s flyers, banners, rollups and collateral material
Arrange for school events (Coffee mornings, School Open House, School opening event and orientation visits)
Coordinate all school events (National Day, Flag Day, Culture Day)
Promote the school within nurseries & social community in UAE (Abu Dhabi)
Find Sponsors and exhibitors for all school events
Update school page on Social Media (Facebook and Instagram, etc.)
Respond to all inquiries about the school on different social media channels
Update school website
Issue school yearbook
Arranges for school photo shooting sessions
Participate and represent the school in exhibitions & community events (Bazaars, markets, etc.)
Create and maintain School standards and branding
Create email signature and audit the standards
Liaise with corporates to introduce the school to them and negotiate corporate deals.

Parents Relations Management:

Maintain effective communication with current / new school parents
Update students? & parents? information on the school system
Handle parents? queries, complaints and suggestions and liaise it with teachers, management and other school personnel
Promote the school to new parents and organize school tours and events
Update school admission sheets
Create school newsletters / Information letters
Arranges for parents? council and record minutes of meeting
Handle report cards delivery procedure to parents
Coordinating after school activities
Communicate with parents for various students related issues

?Admission and Registration:

Coordinate/supervise the registrar
Communicate reports (number of current students, students on waiting list, potential students to be enrolled, etc.) to school management
School Fee research/survey

Task on Corporate Level:

Marketing consultation to Group subsidiaries.
Create & review Group subsidiaries? flyers, banners, rollups, collateral material, websites and profiles
Marketing research and analysis of new projects related to the group
Audit of marketing tools used by group and its subsidiaries
Support the group?s subsidiaries with their social media platforms
