More information can be found on our founders blog: https://schroederca.medium.com/We are looking for a entrepreneurial-minded marketing manager to join our investment firm and work hand-in-hand with our senior leadership. Joining us will be very challenging and rewarding. This role will involve content marketing, social media marketing and other activities.Responsibilities:* Working with the founder on various topics related to entrepreneurship and writing compelling articles based on your research and data analysis.* Posting content on , Medium, etc. and building the follower network of the firm. * Contacting journalists to secure features for our firm. * Coming up with new ideas how to increase the reach of our firm. * Managing the creation and distribution of a quarterly email newsletter. * Creating and publishing communication materials like website content and slide decks that cater to both technical and non-technical audiences.* Monitoring article performance website analytics and working with team members to boost engagement on other channels.* Working with the graphics to explore and prepare data for maps, charts and other data visualisation projects.* Other duties as assigned.Qualifications* You have 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in (content) marketing and PR.* You have a strong grasp on trends shaping the world in the fields of business and the economy. * You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and come up with your own ideas on how to promote our company. * You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.* You must be able to work independently with little guidance and great accuracy.* You possess perfect knowledge of the English language, German would be a small plus. * Knowledge of the venture capital industry is a plus.
