Job Description

Our client, an Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer, is looking to hire a Marketing Executive for their business operation based in Abu Dhabi, UAE with creative flair to develop plan and execute all marketing initiatives including events, social media and influencer. As a retail Marketing Executive, you will assist the department in deploying the initiatives and action plan in order to drive traffic to the stores we handle and to improve footfall and awareness.In this role your duties or responsibilities will be:

  • Take on various responsibilities in managing and planning all social media activities and events taking place on-site this will be full responsibility
  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the events success
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Analyze the events success and prepare reports
  • Managing social media platforms of the organization.
  • Scheduling social media posts.
  • Engaging followers with regular company updates.
  • Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
  • Overseeing Social Media teamwork.
RequirementsTo be considered in this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
  • A bachelors degree in marketing/business marketing or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience in an executive role
  • Well adept in all facets of marketing functions
  • Fluency in English is a must and knowledge in Arabic language would be a plus but not mandatory
  • Have a strong understanding of events and social media
  • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes
  • Willing to work in Abu Dhabi
