As part of the Finstreet Limited group, we align our strategy with the overarching goals of the holding company, focusing on innovation, security, and compliance to deliver exceptional service to our global clientele.Position Overview: The Managing Director, Custody Services, will run the Central Securities Depository of Finstreet Global Clearing and Settlement Limited. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience ideally in issuer CSD and investor custody, capable of managing cross-border custody services for various types of securities. The MD will play a critical role in aligning the subsidiarys strategy with the holding companys vision and driving growth in the global market.Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
• Lead the Custody Services division, aligning strategic direction with Finstreet Limited and managing all custody operations.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of custody professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Strategic Development:
• Develop and implement strategies to expand Finstreets CSD services, including the custody of traditional and native digital securities.
• Ensure alignment of the subsidiarys strategy with the overall goals of Finstreet Limited.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee the secure and efficient management of CSD operations, including asset safekeeping, settlement processes, and corporate actions.
• Integrate advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and security.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all custody operations comply with relevant international and local regulations, maintaining robust compliance frameworks and risk management practices.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting and adherence to regulatory changes.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored custody solutions.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in custody services, with significant experience in both issuer and investor custody.
• Proven track record in managing cross-border custody operations and working with a diverse range of securities, including traditional and digital assets.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of custody services, including regulatory requirements, operational processes, and market dynamics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively represent Finstreet to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
