Manager Route Profitability Manager Route Profitability Location: Abu Dhabi, AE #job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; }SynopsisThis role will Manage Etihad Airways passenger route profitability function, support the wider FP&A team on key planning activities, as well as be a key contact for network planning support as their finance business partner. The role combines key aspects of route profitability reporting, financial analysis and business support to help the team deliver on our financial targetsThe Manager will be responsible for calculation, consolidation, and review for all Etihad Passenger Route profitability reporting and forecasts. They will need to work closely with key internal stakeholders across finance, network planning, and fleet planning to ensure all financial impacts are captured.AccountabilitiesNetwork Planning Support

  • Support Network planning on key business analysis including; Analysis on new routes, frequency changes, aircraft deployment, business case development etc.
  • Creation and maintenance of all financial models (Route cost model and charter cost model)
  • Support business with monthly actual vs budget and manpower reporting
  • Detailed tracking of charter revenue, slot lease rev, and cash payments
  • Supporting the annual budget process
Route Profitability Reporting
  • Responsible for the calculation and timely distribution of passenger route pro?tability reports
  • Responsible for ensuring flight profitability logic & allocations are followed
  • Maintaining Route Profitability System (SAP PaPM), and continuing to develop / enhance the system
  • Ad hoc project support related to systems improvement and business modelling support
FP&A Support
  • Support the FP&A team on critical planning activities including Budget, 5 Year Plan, and forecasting updates
  • Review of DOC Costing and leveraging route profitability data to support analysis
Education & Experience?
