The position is available with a Taxi / Limousine Service Company recently established in Dubai and operating throughout the UAE. Plans to expand the business is on the anvil and therefore the Company is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager.The role of this manager will be to manage a team of 50 to 100 drivers. Responsibilities will include, hiring these drivers, training them on etiquette, customer service and ensuring their attendance, managing a daily roster, leave schedule and ensuring that every car is engaged and has 100% usage.
