Maintenance SupervisorQualifications:?Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field?Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision?Proficiency with systems, including HVAC (VRF, DX, CCU units), plumbing systems (booster pumps, transfer pumps, water tanks), and electrical systems (LV panels, MDB, SMDB, DB, capacitor banks, generator, UPS)?Hands-on experience with field equipment sensors, modules, and troubleshooting techniques?Basic knowledge of Integration & Automation SCADA systems?Familiarity with fire alarm and firefighting systems?Execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency breakdown procedures?Effective team management, including monitoring KPIs and meeting SLAs?Identification and procurement of materials and spare parts??
