Job Description

Maintenance Specialist Jobs In Abu Dhabi | privet companyAbout the job- Conduct preventive maintenance and break down maintenance of electric, plumping & AC on facility - Conduct facility maintenance;- Involve, co-ordinate and commissioning new installations;- Liaise with external vendors / suppliers for facility maintenance;- Procure and keep stock of critical / facility spare parts;- Ensure facility is operationally ready;- Maintains and repairs all equipment and premises according to the maintenance plan to ensure the continuity of all ok;- Ensures the preventive maintenance and repair according to the plan within maintenance and HSES procedures;- Finds faults and identifies the best methods for rectification (direct repair or escalation) in a timely manner;

  • Maintaining daily logs and equipment record books.
  • Planning and implementing testing with adherence to the results and observations.
  • Assuring the safety of facility and relevant items by understanding all the safety guidelines.
  • Accumulating the assigned data in required formats using written and electronic channels.
