Job Description

Summary:As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and systems. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems using innovative machine learning techniques and algorithms.Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and enhance existing products/services.
  • Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze data to ensure its suitability for training and model development.
  • Implement machine learning techniques and frameworks to train models, conduct thorough evaluation and validation, and iterate for performance improvement.
  • Deploy models into production systems and integrate them with existing infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning technologies and methodologies, and apply them to improve existing models and processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, along with experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Experience with data manipulation, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
