Logistic ManagerKey Responsibilities:?Plan, coordinate, and manage the movement of materials, equipment, and labor to and from project sites.?Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of supplies and equipment.?Monitor and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and improve delivery times.?Oversee inventory management, including tracking, ordering, and storage of materials.?Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.?Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and pricing.?Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.?Lead and manage the logistics team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.?Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the team.?Ensure compliance with local regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.?Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks associated with logistics operations.?Develop and manage the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.?Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.?Prepare and present regular reports on logistics operations, including KPIs, budget performance, and inventory levels.?Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Requirements :?Bachelor?s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.?Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.?Strong knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems.?Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.?Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.?Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.?Familiarity with UAE regulations and industry standards related to logistics and transportation.?Immediate joiners are preferredLocation: UAE
