MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS To coordinate services to Project personnel. To perform administrative tasks related to HR.ACTIVITIESHSE To achieve and to make achieve to the personnel, contractors / subcontractors the HSE rules of theCompany. To achieve the goals and annual aims of the Project. To participate in HSE audits and visits to construction sites.Main activitiesLogistics To coordinate services (apartment, mobile phone, car, etc..) for all the project team in accordance with the Instructionsof Application and Working conditions. To liaise with Contractor to ensure service requests are executed on time and ensure continuous follow up andtraceability for each service required. To arrange yard accesses for project team and visitors, car accesses. To assist project team for administrative issues (visa, driving permit, etc). To arrange local transportation: pick-ups, transportation to yards and vendors, etc To coordinate mission order arrangements for the Project personnel upon Management request.HR Coordinator To follow up local personnel search. To ensure administrative tasks are carried out on time and dedicated follow up is in place (timesheet management,over time requests, holidays, etc).CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT Autonomy: High, reporting to Project Control Leader Physical efforts: No Direct contact with the Platform Package Contracts and Services Working conditions: Resident position in Abu Dhabi. Good interpersonal skills in a multicultural environmentDURATION / LOCATION Starting date: August 2022 Duration 12 months Renewable yes Location: U.A.E. / Abu Dhabi Status: residential (local or expatriate)QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous experience with logistics and HR. Fluency in English (speaking and writing). Full-time availability, to be based at EPC Contractors premises, and mobility as required.
