Provision of independent analysis, monitoring, consulting services and provision of and a report on the structure of providing the Project with marine vessels for the transportation of LNG and LPG.
Development and analysis of scenarios for providing the Project with a fleet, including with an ice class, in particular, a long-term time charter with a shipowner who orders the construction of the required number of vessels for the Project, the construction of its own fleet of vessels, transshipment of LNG board-to-board , purchase/freight from market vessels, modernization of vessels to ice-class vessels, a combined scenario for providing the Project with a fleet of ships for the transportation of LNG and LPG.
Analysis of the order book and the date of commissioning of new construction vessels for the transportation of LNG and LPG.
Analysis of the cost of construction of LNG gas carriers and vessels for the Project.
Analysis of vessels offered for sale, including speculatively ordered vessels.
Analysis of ships leaving and time charter and potentially available for use on the Project.
Assessment of fleet availability in the spot freight market.
