? Assist, support and work closely with the Store Manager in the day - to - daymanagement of the Store.? Operate the Shop Till in accordance with Company procedure? Supervise the customer , ensuring that service runs smoothly and in anorderly manner, especially at busy periods -? Maintain a high level of customer service at all times? Give the Store staff pep - talk prior to the commencement of work, in the StoreManager?s absence? Raise any staffing issues with the Store Manager? Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and procedures? Highlighting any potentially hazardous areas to the Attractions Supervisor? Oversee the cleaning for all common areas including the toilets? Support and maintain a positive working environment? Undertake additional tasks, commensurate with the post, as directed by the StoreManager? Undertake training, as directed by the Operations Manager
