Job Description

A leading global law firm is actively recruiting aTeam Assistantto be based in theirAbu Dhabioffice.The successful candidate will support Lawyers and Partners in this office location as a priority; however, will be required to work with the rest of the admin team across other offices in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.This is not an EA or PA role.Key aspects of the role include:

  • Front of house and facilities support including; answering the phone, greeting clients, taking messages, and assisting with other queries.
  • Organising and scheduling conference calls, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Processing and submitting expense claims.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for employees in the country and new joiners from overseas.
  • Organising and maintaining files of electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Creating, amending, and converting legal documents.
  • Providing assistance with billing.
