This is an opportunity for a Legal Professional with 3-5 years PQE with strong Corporate and Commercial experience to join a busy legal department within an Abu Dhabi investment fund.Client DetailsOur client is a private investment fund based in Abu Dhabi with a diverse global portfolio spanning multiple industry sectors; hospitality, health-care, real estate, technology, e-commerce and education.Description- Assisting senior lawyers with a broad range of corporate transactional matters such as M&A, joint ventures and private equity funds investments- Review, draft and advise on a variety of contracts such as service agreements, collaboration agreements, software agreements, lease agreements and NDAs- Advising on ad hoc queries cross-sector such as employment, IP and contractual interpretation matters- Supporting senior lawyers with disputes matters- Advising on corporate governance and compliance matters- Assisting with the development and maintenance of processes and procedures to ensure best practice governance and compliance- Maintaining company registers for the group and managing the renewal of licenses and permits, executing company administrative mattersProfile- LLB from a reputable university- Must be qualified with established PQE with an international law firm- Strong drafting skills with rounded experience with corporate M&A, commercial, funds and private equity- Industry specific expertise in relevant areas ranging; hospitality, health-care, real estate, technology and education- Excellent communication skills including fluency in EnglishJob OfferTax-free salary with benefits package
