As the Legal Counsel, you will work alongside the Senior Counsel on a broad variety of investments, in terms of asset classes, deal sizes and jurisdictions.Client DetailsA large organisation and trusted Government partner that is working on a range of exciting, new projects.DescriptionNegotiate, structure and execute regional and international investments, whether directly as a VC or PE deal, or indirectly via funds.Work with the Senior Counsel and manage external counsel on larger deals.Collaborate with specialists in other domains to build effective deals, funds structures and equity options.Assess broader macroeconomic and geopolitical factors and mitigate risks to deal flow.ProfileAt least 5 years PQE.Must have experience with investments, especially Private Equity and Venture Capital.If not the above, must have experience with M&A and / or asset management.Some international private practice experience highly desirable.Experience with transactions in emerging markets desirable.Job OfferCompetitive salaryOpportunity to work on high-profile transactions with influential stakeholdersExcellent opportunity to work on a wide variety of transactions with relative autonomy.
