As Legal Advisor for product structuring you will be responsible for researching, developing, structuring and launching new products as well as partnerships, overseeing their viability and compliance from a Legal perspective.Client DetailsLeading Abu Dhabi investment management company.DescriptionSubmitting proposals for creation and execution of new investment products or services based on market & client needs and market opportunities. Undertaking feasibility studies of Product Development opportunities for presentation to the Head of the Department Define, develop and execute the annual regional strategic marketing plan through gathering and analysing market research data. Monitor market trends and information collected to identify potential areas for the development of new financial products, and the restructuring of existing products. Identifying appropriate structures and jurisdictions (both onshore and offshore) for the type of assets being utilised and the target markets. Assess customer needs and requirements for defined segments and target accordingly.Monitor development process and ensure compliance to schedule and time frame. Liaise with legal and regulatory advisors to get guidance on appropriate structures.ProfileThe successful candidate must have an LLB from a recognised university.Minimum of ten years experience working in the Financial Services industry, of which five years ideally spent advising on the structuring of investment products.This person must have solid working knowledge of investment management and the applicable financial regulation in the UAE, Saudi and preferably Bahrain.Arabic language skills are strong preferred.Job OfferCompetitive tax-free salary.Opportunity to join leading Investment management company in Abu Dhabi.Clear path for progression within the organisation.
