Position Title: Leasing ManagerEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading firm in Abu Dhabi driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies, attract, and retain tenants and monitor market trends for competitive rental rates.
  • Conduct lease negotiations, build strong tenant relationships, and resolve lease-related issues.
  • Manage lease agreements, ensure compliance, analyze financial data, and optimize rental income.
  • Work with property management, legal, and marketing teams while coordinating maintenance for tenant satisfaction.
