The leasing Manager will take care of and direct the daily activities of the leasing team in achieving the leasing goals set by the senior management. The leasing Manager will act as a facilitator for all leasing-related activities from inception to close including showing, negotiating, documentation, coordinating, and administration for the various aspects of the leasing process. Building community and industry knowledge he/she will be involved in connecting people to the community, keeping accurate records, and training and collaborating with talented teammates.
