Rixos Hotel Marina Abu Dhabi is currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our 5 Star Luxury team as Learning & Development Executive which will add a unique and delightful element to our guests experience.What is in it for you

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and deliver training programs for various departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and more.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to tailor training programs to specific job roles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
  • Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Your Experience And Skills Include
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficient in using training software and tools.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
