Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and performance strategy aligned with the bank?s goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and performance gaps across the organisation.
  • Partner with external vendors and manage vendor relationships to source and leverage bank-wide development resources as needed.
  • Lead a team providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure targets and objectives are achieved.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on individual development plans and career pathways.
