Job Description

Overseeing all marketing activities in line with the companys marketing plan, with the aim of positively enhancing the unique identity of the companys at the level of all marketing channels, establishing strong relationships with media agencies, advertising companies, and media outlets to obtain the best services and maximize value, while ensuring that all departments adhere to the standards of building the companys institutional identity during their representation of the company

  • Leadership in the development of strategic objectives and plans for the department in line with the strategy, vision and mission at the level of the body system as a whole
  • Overseeing the implementation and achievement of the strategic objectives and objectives of the department
  • Directing the preparation, allocation and use of the sections budget and the exercise of expenditure control when needed
  • Monitoring key performance indicators of department operations and staff and recommending improvements in line with strategic objectives at the system level as a whole
  • Take responsibility for shaping the departments workforce by determining the level of staff availability required and the ability to achieve the departments strategic objectives and plans
  • Provide professional development support by providing effective feedback and evaluating the performance of department staff
  • Support efforts in aspects of cooperation, innovation, innovative thinking, and improved department-level processes
