Position Summary:Highly Meticulous Professional to lead and manage end to end implementation of all the international projects under Corporate & Investment banking aligning to business & technology objectives and Principles.Responsibilities:????????? Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed.????????? Provide directions, leadership, and motivation to ensure that team performs to the best of their abilities and delivers consistently.????????? Effective collaboration and management of Snr. Stakeholders from different business departments.????????? Proven ability to solve problems creatively, experience seeing projects through the full life cycle, and have strong analytical and interpersonal skills.????????? Participating and contributing to the growth of business by identify and adopting emerging technology in the market.????????? Supervising and ensuring all the projects are on track with the implementation and to ensure the projects are executed with in the approved budgets.????????? Drives projects & programs to successful completion using cross functional project management best practices.????????? Aligning and updating all senior stakeholders from business and technology.????????? Recommending and supporting business stakeholders decisions and prioritization to achieve highest business value.????????? Working closing with Portfolio Managers, Program managers and service owners.????????? Setting the right KPIs & OKRs????????? Well versed and ensuring adoption of international regulations as applicable.????????? Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.????????? Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.????????? Represent Technology in leadership forums.????????? Oversees on Demand Management and Release Milestones?What we are looking????????? Relevant Experience of 12+ years in corporate & investment banking - IT.????????? Track record of managing multiple international project implementations in the past.????????? In depth understanding and knowledge of banking domain across corporate and investment banking.????????? Effective project management and quality management principles to drive growth.????????? Proactively identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative recommendations, factoring in business needs, external approaches, data analytics, as well as industry best practices.????????? Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.????????? Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.????????? Portfolio Management or Program Management Certification (preferred)????????? Demonstrated ability to execute complex programs of work according to the normal principles of time, budget, and scope.????????? Ability to work with senior leadership.????????? Vendor Management skills????????? Financial, Compliance and Risk Management complied????????? Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.????????? Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle????????? Business leadership: Understands business impact, and able to balance technical priorities with business needs.????????? Communicates effectively with senior stakeholders. Senior leaders seek out his/her ideas and opinions.
