Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: This role is responsible to lead the scheduling, onboarding and MI teams to deliver a world-class interview logistics and onboarding experience to candidates, new joiners, migration staff, internal transfers through efficient process and great service. Provide key MI on recruitment activity to show efficiency and productivity on all talent acquisition, scheduling and onboarding KPIs.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage onboarding, and TA MI function driving activity through FAB?s ATS
  • Analyze and report on all KPI?s to highlight risks and opportunities of activity levels
  • Evolve the onboarding product to deliver high levels of measurable customer satisfaction and transparent activity
  • Organize and deliver induction programs (first day, first week, first month and first quarter)
  • Partner with senior leadership and Heads of HR to offer transparent, accurate and up to date reports on key hiring activities
  • Manage on boarding of senior hires, escalation point for all other onboarding enquiries
  • Monitor new hire turnover and retention rates
  • Schedule and oversee training sessions focused on systems use, systems discipline and customer service
  • Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contract details)
  • Process employment paperwork
  • Coordinate relocation procedures for employees coming from overseas
  • Liaise with internal teams to create corporate accounts for new employees
  • Gather candidate experience feedback from new hires
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
  • Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Manager or in relevantHR Role
  • In depth experience with ATS with particular expertise on the onboarding module
  • Prior people management of a high volume customer focused team is necessary
  • Clear understanding of TA, onboarding and scheduling MI
  • Evidence outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidentiality and work ethics
