Job Title:�Lead Business AnalystReporting to:�Senior Director ? Project Delivery.Roles and Responsibilities

Business Focal point with Technical Leads of the Project/Program
Helping in bridge the gap between Business requirements and data at hand
Performing requirements analysis, Documenting, and communicating the results to the team.
Analysing issues using structured methods, identifying opportunities for improvement and their potential implications.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Evaluates new developments and progressing business requirements, recommends appropriate alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
Capture the business requirements, provide record of the requirements, new business process flows, project documentation as required the team.
Creates proposals, perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support leadership in making decisions.
Creates systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction,.
Provides orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems and provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.

Contract Duration: 1 YearWork Location: Abu DhabiSalary: AED 15,000 ? AED 20,000 / Month
